Frank Leggio founded Skyline North on March 1, 1991 upon his retirement from the U.S. Army where he was serving on the Army Staff at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. as a Regular Army Lieutenant Colonel. Frank served on active duty for over 22 years and his military career included assignments throughout the United States as well as Germany, Vietnam and Korea. His key assignments were in Armor, Aviation, Army Recruiting as well as The Army Staff. Frank is a Master Army Aviator and his military decorations include two awards the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, three awards of the Bronze Star, two awards of the Meritorious Service Medal, 10 awards of the Air Medal among others.
Frank graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C. with a B.S. in Business Administration and also earned an M.S. in Transportation Mgt from Florida Tech.
Frank is married to Bonnie Brown of Charleston, S.C. They met during his senior year at The Citadel. They have two children, Frank and Michael and they are also the proud grandparents of a granddaughter, Chloe, and two grandsons, Cade and Blake.
Skyline North has earned numerous awards during its history. Skyline North was selected as a Rochester Top 100 Company in 2001 and 1999. Skyline North was also selected for the Distributor Circle Award presented annually to the top distributors for excellence in sales and service performance in 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1994 and 1993 by Skyline Displays Inc, their primary supplier. The Skyline North design team has won numerous national design awards from Skyline Displays. Frank is active in local business groups and a member of the Skyline Distributor Advisory Council and former president of the Skyline Dealer Group. He is a member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilot’s Association, the Retired Officer’s Association, the Rochester Veteran’s Business Council the Army Aviation Association of America, the VFW and the American Legion.
During his tenure as President CEO of Skyline North Frank has presented hundreds of seminars and training sessions on all the various aspects of Trade Show Exhibiting ranging from Booth Staff Training to Improving ROI by Profitable Exhibiting. |
|  | | Mark Taylor Vice President, General Manager
Mark originally started with Skyline in 1994 as Customer Service Manager and has held several positions, including his current position as General Manager for Skyline North. He has over 11 years experience in the trade show industry. Mark enjoys the relationship he forms with customers and likes to be their problem-solver and is driven to help his clients maximize their tradeshow budget and improve ROI. As part of his job, Mark handles most of the project and event management for clients as well as Cad designs, drawings, and coordination of show-site services for customers. In his free-time Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching baseball, skeet shooting and enjoying his family camp in the Adirondack Mountains. |
|  | | Brenda Vreeland Design Department Manager/ Lead exhibit designer
Brenda Vreeland is the lead exhibit designer and design department manager for Skyline North. Brenda likes to become involved early in the process with a client to help them discover and design an effective exhibit that can attract attention as well as provide an effective environment for conducting their business on the show floor.
Brenda has over 15 years experience with Skyline North and has won numerous design awards on a national level. |
